Plot summary :This film is based on Extremely loud Incredibly close by Jonathan Safran Foer. Director Stephen Daldry's post-9/11 drama follows the journey of a nine-year-old boy as he attempts to solve a family mystery. Two years after his father is killed in the September 11th terrorist attacks, the curious boy discovers a mysterious key hidden in a household vase and begins an exhaustive search for the matching lock. Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock star.. The film begins with a body that seems to be falling from the sky, referencing jumpers from the World Trade Center on September 11. Oskar Schell (Thomas Horn) is introduced as the son of Thomas Schell (Tom Hanks), and during Thomas' funeral, Oskar recalls his memories leading to this moment. As the film ends, Oskar goes back to the swing set in Central Park, where the scavenger hunt began. When he goes toward the specific swing that his father rode on when he was a child, he looks under the swing and finds a note from his deceased father, telling Oskar that he had completed his scavenger hunt before September 11 and saying that he finally conquered his fear of riding a swing. Oskar finally goes on the swing, and before he jumps, we see a freeze frame of Oskar on the swing.

Plot summary :This film is based on the Los Angeles  times article, "jinx in a Box ,"by writer Leslie Gorstein which reportedly had been brought to America by a Holocaust survivor after World War II .The Dibbuk is an evil spirit that devours the soul of the person it possesses. A young girl (Madison Davenport ) buys an antique box at a yard sale, unaware that inside the collectible lives a malicious ancient spirit. Sort of like The Gremlins. The girl’s father (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) teams with his ex-wife (Kyra  Sedgwick) to find way to end the curse upon their child. So really the haunted box is probably a good thing. You know in the end, the couple reunites, and finds their love again. A haunting will do that to a relationship, but still…she did cheat on him…
